As a designer at Riithink, I collaborated closely with the web development and e-commerce teams to create a comprehensive digital presence for The Drain Guardian, a pest control product. Our integrated approach included designing a website, developing an Amazon storefront and creating Google ads. This project presented unique challenges, pushing our team to innovate and problem-solve creatively. Throughout the process, we maintained constant communication with our client, ensuring that every element not only accurately represented their brand but also expanded its reach and impact. This experience honed my skills in cross-team collaboration and client relations, while delivering a cohesive brand experience across multiple digital platforms.

E-commerce Website
This website presented a unique challenge for our team due to the client's desire to include extensive context and research alongside the product information. Additionally, the website had to fit within Shopify's requirements. Given the specialized nature of The Drain Guardian, we faced the complex task of simultaneously educating and marketing to the target audience without losing their interest.
To overcome this challenge, I developed a strategic approach that balanced informative content with compelling marketing elements. I incorporated engaging animations to maintain visitor attention and enhance the user experience. My design consistently reinforced the theme of protection, which resonated well with the primary target audience: homeowners with young families.
